Toss up between Whishey Bent Hell Bound and Habits Old and New. He cranked them out back to back too. Hank had a hell of a run for 6-7 years after he fell off that mountain.

This is a tough one. I don't think Hank Jr gets the credit he deserves as an artist. If you look at the lists of all-time best, he's usually stuck somewhere in the middle. For me he's right up there in the top 5.
I would probably say my favorite overall album is One Night Stands followed by either New South or Habits Old and New.

I will say that this album is extremely underrated. If he would have made it "back in the day" he would have received an award for it.
