Been on a big FR kick lately and know we used to (hopefully still do) have some fans here. Anyway, I’ll keep it to a top five as hard as that as (hard not to just list five Midnight Organ Fight songs too)
1. The Modern Leper
2. Keep Yourself Warm
3. The Twist
4. Holy
5. I Wish I Was Sober
1 and 2 were easy, got difficult after that.

I was on a big FR kick a few years ago after some personal life changes. Saw them in 2016 at Shakey Knees and it was solid afternoon set before Huey Lewis if memory serves.
Sad about that lead singer. Good stuff.

Man, I've always been a FR fan, but when Get Out came out I was going through a rough breakup and that song just spoke to me and really helped me get past it. I was heartbroken when Scott died.

I'm with you on the top 3. Next 3 are "Fast Blood", "Heads Roll Off", and "Floating in the Forth" (because of the foreshadowing). It's a little lame that my top 6 are all from the same album, and it's difficult for me to omit "Living in Colour". I guess I was at a point in my life where "Midnight Organ Fight" really impacted me when I found it and it's stuck with me for over a decade.

Probably my top 5, no particular order
Modern Leper
Good Arms vs Bad Arms
State Hospital
Floating in the Forth
Death Dream
Although I tend to get stuck on songs for a while that I wear out (The Oil Slick, Woodpile, etc.) which are close
Anyone want to add personal favorite lyrics/lines?
"Spirits in graveyards and fingers in car parks, she cries in the high street just to be heard" (State Hospital)
"Did you blush then when our hips touched? I can't tell, we are already red" (The Twist)

I've never heard of this band but they have reinforced my theory that all of the good names for bands have been taken.

First one to pop in my head:
“You won’t find love in a hole, it takes more than fricking someone you don’t know to keep warm”

So many....
"You as my horizon line, the star I navigate by
Takes me back to hold 200 perfect bones"
"My love you should know, the best of me left hours ago
Shove a rag into my mouth and let me smoulder"
And from Lump Street which if in some alternate universe I ever had the chance to meet Scott before he took his life I would tell him
"Get together now, find hope
There is life beyond the one you already know"
