I've never been to a Phil show, so I'm excited. And Leftover Salmon are the godfathers of the Colorado jamgrass scene, so I always enjoy seeing them.
I always seem to enjoy the setlists Phil and TFB put out there. Grahame Lesh has some great vocals for some Dead songs. His Jack O'Roses from Lockn' with Phil was pretty great.

Early season Red Rocks! Should be a great show.
The poster for it is awesome.

If you wanna really hear them go far out there for a bluegrass band, listen to some live "Aquatic Hitchhiker". Here's a solid pro-shot video. It'll give you an idea of what you'll see: LINK
Some other videos:

The Aquatic Hitchhiker album is really good. They have tons and tons of stuff on archive.org. They definitely have a cajun twist to their sound.

I have the show on my phone, i just havent gotten around to listening to it yet.
That red rocks show would be rad if they were playing with someone else, leftover salmon isnt really my thing. Ive seen them a few times before, bluegrass just doesnt do it for me.
