Final LP show 10 minutes

I hope this is given a chance.

Normally I wouldn't dare post a LP video on here, but this is truly chilling stuff. It's worth a watch just for the delve into humanity. His actions through One More Light and Crawling are chilling stuff, especially at the very end of Crawling.

This is music that has saved countless lives along the way. Say what you will about the quality, but the simplicity and tone of HT and Meteora really made teens especially feel they're not alone. I'm not going to claim he had that affect on me. He didn't. But he did brighten so many lives along the way. To see him hurting in those final moments with no hope left is truly gut wrenching.

Should listen to some Mayhem.

They had a singer who blew his brains out. Guitar player found body, took Polaroids after posing the body. Made it onto an album cover. I've got the shirt.

Guitar player was later murdered and stabbed 20+ Times..but, comes with the territory.

I can't tell if that's a dig at me or if you watched it and saw cracked voiced Chester singing Crawling with his head buried in the crowd. Genuinely curious.

Damn that was sad. I wasn't a LP fan but hate to see someone do what he did. It's hard to imagine. Seems like he was surrounded by thousands that genuinely loved his music.

That's tough to watch. I know I'm in the old man minority, but I've always liked them.

Thanks for posting.

It seemed like he was a genuine dude. Whole thing was really unfortunate.

That said, I think you might be reading a little bit too much into that performance... but I am far from an expert on what the linkin park live set was normally like

I grew up listening to Linkin Park. I even listened to a lot of their new stuff. Say what you want, their music isn't for everybody but they were unique and brought in something that a lot of us hadn't seen at the time. And yeah, their music resonated for someone like me, who didn't really fit in as a kid. RIP Chester; you will be missed.

Thanks for sharing that. I've watched it several times now, very touching. In a way it reminded me of Kurt Cobain's last song.

As soneone who has followed LP since the very beginning I can tell you this version of Chester was really different. They were always super awesome with the fans but Chester was never this interactive not to mention the acoustic version of Crawling was super odd too. It does seem like a final good bye from him to his fans
