I really only disliked 2 songs, Don’t Cry and Perfect Strangers. The rest were pretty good. And I like Weezys verses on Don’t Cry, X on the hook is just so fricking bad. “Doooooooonttt Crrrrrryyyyyyy”

It had a lot of songs I liked. Too long, though. About 5-6 I’d take off and I think it would be a better listen. Way way better than Carter 4 though

Only song I would get rid of is the one with Ashanti. I didn’t think I would like the one with his daughter but it flowed so well and she killed the chorus.

I get downvoted for saying a 1.5 hour album is too long 
There isn’t enough variance to keep momentum. I’m not saying it’s a bad album, pleasant surprise actually. But way too long. And I guarantee you when it’s reviewed there will be people that say the same exact thing. But frick me for giving the slightest bit of criticism I guess.
Can’t have a discussion, even though I see many on twitter saying the exact same thing.

Because from the jump I knew there’s no chance I can listen to something that long and not get bored with it at points. But yes I should’ve waited til after I listened all the way to say it. That’s fair.

The very last verse of the album was rough... Let It All Work Out is still a great song though.
After one run through there’s a couple songs I wasn’t a big fan of but I think it’d be hard to fall in love with 23 songs in one listen.
I liked DSOTM but Nikki ruined it for me. The song with his daughter was really good imo, way better than what I expected.
