Need some stuff after I go through all these to study to.
My favorites are selected ambient works and the social network ost, and most the clint mansell stuff.
I have all the 3 artists in the title's discography, just looking for similar stuff.

It’s not all ambient but some is. I used to love studying to this soundtrack / score - Thumbsucker - Polyphonic Spree and Elliott Smith.
There’s also the Stranger Things soundtracks.

One of the O.G.’s in this style was Tangerine Dream, pretty much anything on the Risky Business score is golden. Around the same time was Wendy Carlos’ (interesting guy/girl there) great work hybridizing electronics with orchestration in Tron..
More recently, Blade Runner 2049’s collaboration of Zimmer/Walfisch was pretty incredible, and speaking of sequels, Daft Punk along with the help of Joseph Trapanese did a very nice job on Tron Legacy, weaving in orchestra like their predecessor.

Air’s Alone in Kyoto is a perfectly placed ambient piece, and a great scene from Lost in Translation.

Since you mentioned Clint Mansell (I'm assuming Moon?):
Original Bladerunner score (Vangelis)
Last of the Mohicans (Trevor Jones)
Interstellar (Zimmer)
Solaris (Martinez)

Most of Brian Eno's discography could be background music for studying.

The "other" Brian from Roxy Music - Eno certainly has that genre locked down. And, his music is heavily in film and television, but one has to wonder why he didn't get more work scoring entire films.
May just not fit some folks as well as others - Vangelis, for example, also seems built for this from a musical style perspective - his score for the original Blade Runner film (already mentioned earlier in the thread) remains my favorite. However, after scoring the fantastic Chariots of Fire and Blade Runner in 1981 and 1982, he didn't do another major Hollywood film until 1492 (again for Ridley Scott) in 1992 and Alexander (for Oliver Stone, but I suspect his Greek heritage might have prompted him to do that one) in 2004. He either doesn't like it or it takes a lot out of him.
Elfman, by comparison, has 4 to 5 releases in a single year on many occasions.

Some of Sigur Ros's stuff. Some is a little heavy to be labeled ambient, but many certainly fit the bill.

Definitely. Also, I find more and more modern films/series are paying people to imitate Explosions in the Sky, who became the score kings with Friday Night Lights. Their style is just perfect for film scoring.
dredg (mostly drummer/keyboardist Dino Campanella and guitarist Mark Engles) did a really good score for a fairly unseen movie named Waterborne. Several of the songs were later fully fleshed out and made it onto their studio albums What Have I Done (aka Information)

I dig explosions in the sky, forgot about them, good catch.
And I like Sigur Ros, i own the () untitled and the alien fetus album on vinyl.
I know their "lyrics" are nonsensical but im trying to stay away from lyrical stuff totally bc I'm doing software development and computer hardware, intense stuff.
I need to check out Eno, I don't know much about him rather than his legacy, but every time i read about Aphex Twin's SAW they always mention that AT is a direct successor to Eno, basically expanding on Eno's sound by adding drum beats and percussion patterns to the ambient stuff. I love both SAW's from Aphex Twin, they still hold up.
