Huge fan of Bryan Lee. I used to watch him play in the quarter at the old absynth bar when I was too young to get in the bars. He still plays once or twice a year @ Teddy's in Zachary. He is about 72 or 73 now, so he doesn't play as often as he used to. He has a dvd that is pretty damn good as well. Braille Blues Daddy....

I used to see him at the Funky Pirate on Bourbon St. Just checked his website--looks like he'll be touring around Florida all through this spring.

He's fantastic, been hooked into him for about 20yrs. His live album in NOLA is the bomb !!!!

I ask because he's a friend of mine and he's actually tutored my son on guitar. He's a fantastic guitar player and a great person as well.

Saw him up here at The Strand years ago.
