Ray Charles (with Quincy Jones swing band):
Ray Charles Hey Good Lookin
Pure swing at its best ...
Elvin Bishop kicked it up in a country swing version, with Dickey Betts, Toy Caldwell, Charlie Daniels, Sly Stone (yea, that Sly Stone) among others as his backup band:
Elvin Bishop Hey Good Lookin
Any other good versions?
Note: I do recognize Hank Williams' version as being solid.

The Replacements did an incredibly sloppy live version that was actually pretty entertaining.

Waylon Jennings, he could have made a good version of twinkle twinkle little star.
