He went to the high school where I used to teach. Super talented graphic artist and musician even back then. He was in punk bands back in those days but came from a family of traditional musicians. He’s starting to gain some popularity and spending quite a bit of time touring, now. Made Stereogum’s top 10 country albums of 2023, which is pretty awesome.
