Easily my favorite year of this millennium. Maybe ever to be honest.
In addition to some classics already mentioned (Boxer and Person Pitch are both in my all-time top 10 likely), I would add:
Of Montreal- Hissing Fauna, Are You the Destroyer?
Spoon- Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga
Sunset Rubdown- Random Spirit Lover
Arcade Fire- Neon Bible
Bon Iver- For Emma, Forever Ago
Blonde Redhead- 23
Iron and Wine- The Shepard’s Dog
Okkervil River- The Stage Names
Modest Mouse- We Were Dead Before the Ship Even Sank
Deerhoof- Friend Opportunity
Menomena- Friend and Foe

Just looked at some lists from that year. With the possible exception of Iron And Wine's album, it looks like I liked absolutely nothing from 2007.
