I almost felt sorry for the band considering the attendance.

I went and was shocked by the lack of people there. I have seen them a couple times before in packed venues. I was a little concerned they wouldn't have much energy with the poor crowd, but they were great.

I heard that the attendance on this tour has been weak.

Their engineer for the last 4 years or so is a New Orlenian (Eric Heigle--Jesuit grad), so they spend a bit of time in the studio on Tchoupitoulas

The new album does kind of suck. And the venue was a weird choice and the crowd was light. But the band was super tight and intense. It was a really good show. Can't imagine anyone who went could say otherwise.

They were way too ambitious with this tour plan. They arent pearl jam, RHCP, Tool or Metallica.

I mean, I agree they're none of those bands. They're so much more relevant than RHCP, Pearl Jam, Tool or Metallica in 2017.
