Going to be in Austin when Dave Matthews is playing and prolly gonna catch the show. My wife likes the idea of sitting in the lawn on the top. That worth a shite? Sound suck up there?
Just wondering it there are any bad seats. Don’t particularly want to drop $400 to see Dave just to sit in the middle rows...

I’m assuming aside from being on the grass that sitting up in the top isn’t terrible?

You read what I wrote in the audio thread concerning those....

Pulled the trigger on some seats... found some that must of come up for resale threw Ticketmaster today. Didn’t see them yesterday and they are not the best ones but they are aisle seats.

We saw MUSE & 30 Seconds there last year. Great venue.
We weren't up in the grass, though. The grass looks a little farther than my taste, but both leadsingers took a stroll back there for a song or so.

I've been there a couple of times for Willie Nelson's 4th of July Picnic and also a couple of Chris Stapleton shows. I think it's a really nice venue and I really enjoy going there. I've always sat in the seats but I don't think the lawn would be that bad.

How’s the beer selection out there? Typical event type stuff? I’ve read that they have food trucks and what not too.

Gonna Uber/Lyft. Don’t plan on being sober.

Good idea. Not sure of Uber presence out there but I’m sure it’s fine.

If you don't have to stand right up in front, the pit there is huge so you'll be able to find some space.
