311 is music you need to stop listening to once you graduate high school. On any level of musicianship it is middle of the mall shite.

Mark me down as an excitable one! I would link a song but I'm on my phone and there are too many great songs just to link one. But, I've been on a Tranistor kick lately so maybe Starshines, Stealing Happy Hours, or Use of Time.

Seen em a few times in Nola and BR. they put on a hell of a show.
I remember my first 311 show when "who's got the herb" came on and it looked like the entire centrelplex were lighting up. I stepped on a nick walking into the bathroom that someone dropped

it was all fun and games in 1994 when they played the Varsity for FREE, but i never paid to see them and rarely listened to them once i passed say ... 21. I often referred to them as Suburban Dance Squad in the 90's.

These are my two favorites as well RBWilliams8. I love all albums from each band sans If Not Now When? But that's a discussion for an Incubus thread... Which I'll start. But since I'm home I'll post some 311 videos. One from each album starting with Omaha Sessions since it's listed on their sites discography as a compilation of "Unity," "Hydroponic," and "Dammit."
Summer of Love (album - Omaha Sessions)
Freak Out (album - Music)
Lucky (album - Grassroots)
Jackolantern's Weather (album - Blue, self titled)
Stealing Happy Hours (album - Transistor)
Mindspin (album - Soundsystem)
Sick Tight (album - From Chaos)
Still Dreaming (album - Evolver)
There's Always an Excuse (album - Don't Tread on Me)
Golden Sunlight (album - Uplifter)
Count Me In (album - Universal Pulse)
