Yeah, you can't compare the two. One is the greatest live band of all time playing at Jazz Fest again after an 18 year gap and the other is a local guy playing a free gig on a Wed afternoon.

I guess this a dig at Phish. I don't think this free Wednesday gig is getting quite the hype they got coming back to NOLA for the first time in 18 years.
But I've never been disappointed with an Anders show. Now there will be hype for his shows in December on here, I'm sure of that.

I don't remember, all the shows a tips get all mumbled together in my memory. But Anders popularity has skyrocketed over the last couple years.

I saw on the Wednesdays at the Square website there is a garage nearby that offers $5 parking after 4pm. I've never been to this event before. Anybody know how quickly that garage fills up? Any other parking suggestions?

Street parking is 1.50 per hour. You can pay up to 2 hours, don't have to pay after 6pm.
