Might not even be in Wayne's top 10.

I put the entire Dedication 2 over it, some of the squad mixtapes, carter 1... by carter 3 he was already too pop for me.

Off the same album, I prefer Let the Beat Build.

Side note: I was listening to Let the Beat Build while working out. My wife asked me if it was Lil Wayne (she is not a big rap fan). When I said yes, she said "he really likes to say b***h, huh?" And now I think of that anytime I listen to Weezy around her.

No lie I almost replied to this thread with Let the Beat Build... such a cool concept for a song and one of my favorites as well

For a while, Wayne had a good blend between weirdness and normalcy like prime Outkast.

Shooter is another great example of that experimentation. He got a little too indulgent as he aged, but some of his more experimental stuff is great.

know every lyric to this song. Maybe the entire carter series...the carter series is in GOAT status as best series by a single artist. I'd say his entire discography will always be relevant.

Yeah, that mixtape was great. I also loved the Drought, it came out right after I graduated from high school. That was such a great summer.
