The R&R Hall of Fame continues to embarrass itself. I have no problem with any of the inductees except the Go-Go's(3 total albums while initially together) & I actually like them. They are in because they are women & the R&R HOF wants "diversity". The ROR HOF is an elitist NYC snobfest that looks down on rock & metal. I'm actually shocked Rage against the Machine didn't get in & they should be.

The fact that Maiden, Motorhead, & Priest are not already in the ROR HOF is downright criminal & an embarrassment.

The Go-Go's, Carole King, Tina Turner, Todd Rundgren, Foo Fighters and Jay-Z

Rundgren finally!

still think they should change the name. nothing rock and roll about half of the acts.

Very glad the Go-Go’s a d Carole King finally made it. Long overdue. (As well as Maiden and Priest)

Also, Kraftwerk finally made it in the “Early Influencers” category.

Jay-Z if we are counting rap as "rock-n-roll" yes. Several brilliant albums to include Reasonable Doubt, The Blueprint, and The Black Album.
Tina Turner did she do enough during her solo career (she is already in as Ike and Tina Turner)? I'll say yes, totally reinvented herself after getting away from that ashhole and was the shite in '93. Total badass singer.
Todd Rundgren hell yes brilliant song writer and producer. Something/Anything sounds so clean and crisp and innovative 49 years later.
Go-Go's no. Neat catchy songs but only one very good album out of three total.
Foo-Fighters see above.
Carole King yes. Tapestry alone gets her in. Such a great song writer. Great lyricist.

What a crock of shite. If a pioneering band with a 50 year catalog of influence can’t get in, why even bother. Yes I’m a Maiden homer, but if they aren’t in the “Rock and Roll” hall of fame then there shouldn’t even be one. Jay Z my arse!

Laughable meaningless "Hall of Fame" becomes more laughable and meaningless every year.

I not really a fan of these bands but I totally agree. Definitely in before some of the bands that got in recently.

Should go ahead and change the name to American music hall of fame. Not a lot of Rock being inducted. Although I'm good with Tina being in.

The Nuge probably has been blackballed due to his political views . Styx ,GFR for sure .Kansas?? no crime if they never get in but based on who they are letting in now Kansas has a real argument

Tell me when anyone has ever counted rap as rock-n-roll.
