Who said anything about cutting scenes? They didn't need to cut out a single scene to make it a watchable film.
I'm glad you liked it. To me, it was like reading a book that I don't care about.

Hipsters also love anything that they think only they "get."
That's why their main recourse when you dislike something they love is that you "just didn't get it."

I've never really enjoyed Blade Runner. I get why it's one of the great sci fi films ever made, but it just didn't do it for me. Lost in Translation is another one of those movies I "get" people not liking, but it's one of my favorite movies of all time.

blade runner isn’t for everyone because it’s slooooow.
Yeah, it was my favorite film last year, but when my parents asked me if I'd recommend it for them, I didn't because I know they hate slow movies like that. It's not that I'm smarter than they are, but I get why they wouldn't enjoy it.

Do you know how many articles defending the last Jedi were written saying audiences just didn’t get it
No, but anyone who said that is a hipster.
I also gave the accurate reasons for why some people didn't like it. Most did.
Blade Runner isn't for anyone because it's slow. Well, other than the hipsters.

Well old republic Jedi were overconfident in the end but OT Jedi had been fricking pwned by the emperor

Definitely way too long and some pointless characters. The whole minority and women thing doesn't really matter to me one way or the other though

Hipsters think Blade Runner 2049 was one of the greatest films of all time.

No. India has much better taste in movies than the Chinese do. China its really just explosions and blowing shite up. The most popular show when I was over there at the time was a WWII drama that had the same plot in every episode where they just blew up Japanese episode after episode, and somehow the Chinese never lost as far as I could tell. People from Hong Kong do, but the Chinese at large have no taste for the dramatic or complex structure. It's all black and white. It's why Transformers does so well over there.

Supposedly he pretends like there are raiders that are here to kill the caretakers and advises her to do nothing as it will just make things worse in the end and she should only do what is necessary to maintain balance. But she ignores him to run in and save the day but he was telling her a lie to teach her the lesson and no raiders were coming to kill the caretakers.
Man I hate Rian Johnson
