So you ask for our help and then go and change your whole paper 30 minutes later.

As if I would even consider that after your assuming that I'm a bitch. Nice try, a-hole.

You should post on the OT Lounge. Much friendlier group there.

So I'm writing a paper for one of my classes and I need to know what an example would be of a movie that is not protected by the First Amendment. Exclude child pornography, indecency, obscenity, all that. The movie can be hypothetical, doesn't have to already exist. I'm thinking something having to do with treason or ISIS or something.
What is the specific wording of the question? Is it the title of a movie or would a specific copy of a movie work?
The obvious answer is a bootleg copy of an existing movie. Or a movie made without any rights to the subject matter.

Then focus on a violation of a copyright (e.g., a movie based a book, and someone else already legally owns the rights to produce a movie based on that book). Or, a movie that is no more than an incitement to violence.
Really good thoughts here.
Also, this should help you immensely. Gives reasons WHY certain films were banned.
