Just took the LSAT, actually. Not that that changes anything. Strictly saying that merely to defend myself because these responses have been nothing but just mean.

Anyway, I'm done and have gotten this all out of my system.
quote:

Hopefully you make a great housewife one day.

I'll let you know how that works out when I receive my degree. Go frick yourself.
You know, I thought out this long, eloquent, exaggerated response to your smartass response but then I realized, you really can't reason with stupid.

Have a great rest of your day and for future reference, I'm a fricking female. So use the proper pronouns please and thanks.

(An aside: there is absolutely nothing wrong with asking for help when you need it.)

/I/ make you ashamed to be a millennial? Yeah, you'll go really far in life if a couple comments one person made makes you ashamed to be what you are. Yet, given your attitude and outlook on life, I would probably be ashamed to be you, too.
I'm sorry, did you say having money is nice? You obviously never went to college.
Coming from someone who has worked their way through their entire college career (and is almost done), I highly suggest that. So much is expected out of college students these days. I work almost full-time to pay all of my bills, I'm involved in clubs on campus, serve on committees for community projects and have taken 15-18 (or 19) hours per semester. I wish I would have gone the more slow-paced route, but in a world that is now so fast-paced, it makes you feel like you're constantly behind.

Definitely wish I would have taken more time to enjoy it.

I'm obviously still very new to TigerDroppings and figuring everything out. Sorry to have the preconceived notion that I could come here for help.

Nope, and turned in my paper this morning.

It is more detailed than what everyone commenting on this thread thinks. I have to take an English word (mostly bioscientific terminology) and actually break it up.
Then, take those broken up parts and define each of its Greek/Latin prefixes or bases.

Thank you, regardless. That is helpful.
You all obviously don't know what I'm trying to ask, then.

But thanks for being the least helpful people to ever exist.

Is there a website that exists where I can plug in a word, and it breaks it up into its Greek/Latin parts and the definitions?

As if I would even consider that after your assuming that I'm a bitch. Nice try, a-hole.

Update: I've decided to take this paper in the direction of false or misleading commercial advertising. That is not protected by the First Amendment. Maybe a supplement that makes people sick or a pre-workout that negatively affects muscles in gym-goers.

Thanks, guys for all your insight and advice.
(If you think of something else I could add to make it better, feel free to comment.)

That was actually helpful. Thank you!

Writing a Paper--Please Help!

:banghead:

So I'm writing a paper for one of my classes and I need to know what an example would be of a movie that is not protected by the First Amendment. Exclude child pornography, indecency, obscenity, all that. The movie can be hypothetical, doesn't have to already exist. I'm thinking something having to do with treason or ISIS or something.

Let me know what you think. Thanks, all.
