Worst scene in movie history:Rudy's brother looking the wrong way after the sack

Rudy's idiot brother has know clue what he's supposed to be looking at and is cheering and pointing at something totally different from everyone else after rudy makes the final tackle. That one scene ruins the movie and makes me hate notre dame and the whole ruettiger family, except for the dad. He seems like a nice guy.

i've seen the movie a few times, and i can't really recall what you're talking about...so there are probably a few worse scenes out there

Why we are football movies, there is a scene in Any Given Sunday where Dennis Quaid is on his phone in his house and you can cleary see one of the moviecrew chilling in a seat in the background.

I've always thought there is in a scene in Remember the Titans when after causing a fumble, it seems like the guy from Scrubs picks up the ball and runs the wrong way and scores a TD

Well if were talking about scenes that bother us (not worst scenes ever) in sports movies heres mine
The final play in Varsity Blues is edited terribly. They keep cutting to the clock during the play as if the QB has to get rid of the ball before it hits zero. Once that ball is snapped for the final play, the clock is irrelevant

I cringe every time this scene plays.
The scene in Dazed and Confused when the long haired freshman is outside of that bar and keeps squeezing the bridge of his nose makes me think I could be an actor.

i think i know what you're talking about but what about the scene in Remember the Titans where Julius is chasing down that RB and causes the fumble to give them that last shot? Dude was just jogging, always looked funny to me...

There's another scene in Rudy that always bothers me. Towards the end, it's right before the offense scores and the crowd has started chanting Rudy. Well, they pan to Rudy looking around and in the background, they are clearly aligned for a kickoff. Always bothers me.

Braveheart is one of my favorite movies, but at the end after Wallace gets killed and the Scottish army charges the English, the red-haired guy's axe is so unbelievably clearly made of flimsy rubber it nearly ruins the emotional ending. It's fluttering in the breeze as he runs and everything.
Also in some of the fight scenes you can see extras just dicking around in the background. I've seen the movie too many times.
