It isn’t a traditional one but The Quick And The Dead (1995) is a favorite of mine.

Directed by Sam Raimi and with a great cast like Gene Hackman, Sharon Stone, Russell Crowe, Leonardo DiCaprio, and a bunch of character actors like Lance Henriksen and Tobin Bell.
