Who here watched first season of Big Brother?

That was some great hot mess TV. Back then, America voted who went home. There was the crazy bitch that cleaned the toilet with a guy’s toothbrush. The guy that got kicked out for holding a knife to a girl’s neck (she’s from Louisiana). A one-legged guy winning it all.

I watched season one.
Season 2 with will and the girl from Opelousas was the goat.
I can’t get into it anymore. The cast and the ridiculous twists now just pushed me away.

I was there. Season 1 was dramatically different than the rest. I remember the Chicken Man being highly annoying.

I definitely prefer those earlier seasons. Now it's too much production interference, and too much of the cast is there for social media fame instead of playing the game. This year's been an improvement so far though, hopefully the second half is good.

I didn't get into Big Brother until the season of "Dan's funeral." I watched it for several seasons after that,but finally gave up on it. I have actually gone back and started from the beginning since its on Paramount Plus. I am on the season with Janelle, James, Howie, and Kaysar. Some of the people on this game have no plan and then others overplay their hand way too soon.

Season 1 wasn't crazy at all. It was incredibly boring and nothing happened. The kinda hot chick from the season isn't hot anymore but she sold her cosmetics company for a billion dollars.

I don't watch it anymore but my favorite season was the one Danielle should have won but they didn't vote for her because they got to see her diary comments.

I watched it as it aired. I liked it at the time but it was terrible...especially the casting for the show.
Even people in that cast thought that they were going to come out and be incredibly famous. They weren't.
Season 2 and Will Kirby saved the show.

season 1 the houseguests didn't vote people out. the viewers did. and they voted the stripper out first or second. wtf?

There was a black guy that was I think a militant black panther.

There was also an Asian guy named Curtis, a guy named Josh that seemed gay but was showmancing Brittney, Cassandra that worked at the UN, and a few other duds that I can't even remember.
