Another drug-addled Hollywood pedophile.
Pretty sure she just made that up.

Sizemore denied any wrongdoing, and was allowed back on the film set after the Salt Lake County prosecutor's office decided against going forward with the case "due to witness and evidence problems."
In May 2018, the actress, by then 26 years old, filed a lawsuit against Sizemore, claiming that his alleged abuse caused longstanding emotional problems and seeking at least $3 million. A statement from Sizemore's publicist again denied the abuse, noting that nothing amiss was reported by a Born Killers staff member whose duty was supervising child actors on set.[
Tom had already been in trouble with the law for drugs. The DA would have had no problem throwing him in jail if there was a case.
The case was brought up again in 2020 and the judge dismissed the case.
No doubt he led a troubled life but I think we can cross "molested an 11 year old" off that list.

I'm not a court of law and don't have to give him the benefit of doubt. I will take the little girls word over the known scumbag.

Why was it dismissed?

Pyke's lawyer, Robert Sykes, told USA TODAY in an email the dismissal was due to a ruling by the Utah Supreme Court in June in an unrelated case, which upheld the state's statute of limitations for sex crimes

That was a civil case.
Not criminal.

Police investigated the case and referred it to the Salt Lake County district attorney’s office to consider criminal charges. But prosecutors declined to file criminal charges, citing problems with witnesses and evidence, according to the police report.
The only witness was the girl and there was no evidence besides her word?
I am going to believe the little girl who spoke up the next day over the drug addict that beat up women and was a known douche. No one else has to though. We are all free to have our own opinion.

There was a witness to the girls expression.
The girl told the mom at the time.
The mom told the agent at the time.
The agent told the production company at the time.
Per this thread, half of the production crew was aware at the time.
It is a little preposterous to say that there is no evidence.
There has been counseling for the girl since that time.

Sad stuff.
Totally unrelated, but I wonder what his vaccine status is.

Not really a big deal. Decent actor, but a pretty terrible human.
Basically a piece of shite. Drugs, hardcore porn, possible pedo, etc.
Why should his acting ability give him any leeway or attention here or anywhere?

I honestly thought he was already dead. The last I really remember hearing about him years ago was something about all of his coke use and dating Heidi Fleiss

Damn I didn’t know all that was going on

Guilty until proven innocent? Screw you.

He has an incredible 34 credits on IMDB right now that are in some form of production.
Gonna be like Ray Liotta. I’ve seen more stuff with Ray Liotta in it since he died than in the last 10-15 years.

and in Born on the Fourth of July less than that. Point is during his beginning he was in pretty big movies and that continued through his career.

GOAT guest appearance on Always Sunny

He's been a shell for a very long while now; but in his prime, he was a badass actor.
