I was paid to be an extra. Thought I was making bank at Hollywood rates of like $10/hr vs my little TCBY salary of 3.35.

They also filmed at memorial stadium and it was cold as frick that night. We hid out in the bathroom between shots.

The only other story I have is Hackford yelling CUT when we were filming on fraternity row and telling everyone THERE WAS NO HIGH FIVING IN THE 1950s SO QUIT DOING THAT IN THE BACKGROUND.

I stayed in the stands when they filmed after LSU lost to Bama. Must have had 10 different takes for one scene. LSU only loss that year.

I work in the industry and can attest that action and sport films require an immense amount go work. People don't realize how much work goes into crafting these projects though. Actors and directors receive all the credit while the hundreds of people who actually do all the heavy lifting and are already on set working before the actor even wakes up go unrecognized.

I worked my first true big budget action film over the spring and early summer and it was the most challenging production I've undertaken. I ended up taking a month off after we wrapped up with Georgia as my body was beaten to utter shite.

I can't even imagine the physical and mental challenge that working on a Bond film would present given the logistical complexities with its frequent company moves to different countries. That's why Daniel Craig said he'd rather slash his wrists than do another Bond film (or something to that effect).
