FWIW, I'd have a hard time believing this wouldn't have already hit the airwaves if he slept with multiple women and they found out he was HIV positive after the fact. That's ripe for a huge, huge lawsuit and possible criminal charges.

That's very convenient. All of us (and the Hollywood stars themselves) then have to go brainstorming to figure out candidates. If they say who it is, that person can: A. Confirm, B. Deny, or C. Remain silent.

I believe this is intentional to force this person out. This is a case of using money and power to silence victims for the cover-up, and this mag is playing it's hand to expose this terrible person. Since his peers in Hollywood know who he is, they will force the issue once their names start getting attached to the mysterious figure.
This is a setup piece to force some sort of justice, not an irresponsible one.

Denise Richards and various strippers/whores have been screaming Sheen has had HIV for years...in fact I'd be shocked to find out he didn't have HIV
My off the wall guess is Russell Brand...I heard an interview of his a while back and he sounded depressed as frick...talked about giving all of his money away

You never heard of Radar Online? The online version of now-defunct Radar magazine? Although not very old, Radar was competing, more or less, with People magazine and the print version was generally reputable and well-regarded (insofar as a celebrity news and gossip magazine can be regarded as such).
It is owned by American Media (The Enquirer, Star, Globe), so I take it all with a grain of salt.
