Not a major character and it’s an actual actor change not a character, but Ed Skrien is a really terrible actor and I’m glad they changed him out to Mikael Huischman (forgive both misspellings) in GoT.
I couldn’t have seen any chemistry between Dany and Skrien’s portrayal of Daario.

I watched the entire series on youtube awhile back. When they replaced a couple of major cast members with Julia Duffy and Peter Scolari, the show literally went from good to great.

Keep in mind that Landesburg was replacing a character that was iconic to the point that he was leaving for his own spin-off series. Fish and Dietrich overlapped for just one season (possibly the best season of the series, since it included Jack Soo before he passed).

The Fresh Prince Aunt Viv actress change after Season 3. Feels like the most iconic episodes happened after this change in Seasons 4-6.
