Its still a spoiler because it tells us about what path it is going.
Just because you are doing everything but explicitly saying it doesn't not make it a spoiler.
We get it....you know whats coming by virtue of reading the books. That doesn't make you special or possessing "inside" info you know...not really worth talking about. The post you replied to "clairify" wasn't even to you and wasn't really about what you were talking about.
Just couldn't help talking about what you knew so you jumped at the chance.

It was said on here before if you want to know, go to imdb.com and read under FAQ's. There in lies your answers. If not don't go read it. I for one don't care and wanted to know.

Up to this point in the series, we just know Sookie as a rare, gifted person, but otherwise normal.
You are explicitly saying that there is something about her linage that will be unveiled later to explain it rather than her being a freak of nature.
Note the bolded part. Hence, spoiler, no matter how much you try to dance around and play semantics just because you phrased it as a leading statement
Only concession I'll grant is the fact that they had that short scene showing a family tree with both Sookie and her grandfather circled, so something was hinted in that direction...but you still gave more info than that.

Hopefully we never hear Eggs again. Something about the nickname and the way Tara says it, drives me bonkers.

That's kinda my point. You opened your mouth and started talking without thinking that maybe folks didn't want cryptic leading hints straight from the book.
Not the only one who felt this way....the other poster also asked you to remove the post and its info. So it isn't just me so doesn't like it. I am just tired of folks "innocently" making "comments" that contain spoilers in threads like this.

Same. For some reason, the whole character seemed too forced, an obvious foil to give Tara some on screen conflict rather than being a sideshow to Sookie.

True Blood threads sure have a tough time keeping the spoilers out.
Having said that, it is not like it would be a shock to find Sookie isn't 100% human since the can read minds and had that bluish light thing happen with Mary Anne.
It is quite clear she is wearing a human suit and is an alien from cocoon.

Unless you two are going to bite each other, keep the fighting out of this thread!! We all need to try not to give too many clues about what happens in the book or give away any spoilers we read about on other websites. I know it's hard but let's try! Let's keep the thread to predictions and what we love/hate about each episode.
