We used to openly poke fun at fat people, and miraculously there were fewer of them.
Fat shaming works. No one has to be obese.

Remember when Zack ran track and his Native American mentor died? They made a reference to that on the Office. When Michael plays 'Threat Level Midnight' for the office, Creed plays 'Cherokee Jack' who trains Michael in hockey. Michael later learns that Cherokee Jack has died and he must go out there without him like Zack.
