1. The one where everybody switches bodies is my all-time fave
2. The one where Fry drinks 100 cups of coffee in one day
3. The one with Fry's dog
4. The one where Fry gets the Robot Devil's hands (if judging on pure artistic merit - this would win)
5. The one where Fry becomes his own grandfather.
ETA:
The scene where washbucket tries to seduce Scruffy puts number one firmly in place.

The only one of my favorites that i haven't seen mentioned is the episode where Bender gets a sex change to compete in the Olympics.
1) Jurrasic Bark -closing scene always gets me
2) The Slurm Factory -Love a good Wonka parody
3) Bender as pharaoh -"He's whippin angels now"
4) Bender in the Olympics -"Hail hail Ro-bo-ni-a, a name I didn't make up"

I agree with this top 4. Might change to move Luck of the Fryrish to 4 and move the other two up a notch each but other than that I'd go with this.
To round out my list I'd pick
5. Parasites Lost - where fry becomes super intelligent and suave due to parasites from bad sandwich or something and Lela falls for that version of him.
