Nah, random lingering TV cough. Lots of smoke/soot around his mouth. EMS would have made him sign a refusal.

NAh. Give it time. He now gets to deteriorate rapidly and they are at the bedside. Or they leave him in the hospital because he's doing fine and he dies.
