Feds seem like they fricked something up and got desperate for a bust towards the end so they let this very sketchy murder for hire story pass the sniff test
I don’t know how you arrest someone for the murder for hire thing, but not arrest the guy who was accepting the murder for hire money
And the evidence was clearly just Jeff Lowe telling the hit man what he needed to say to put Joe away
