SIAP--I scanned the first 4 pages of threads and also did a search--didn't see anything
This is a 6 episode limited series based on a true story of a Mossad spy in Syria in the early 1960s. The lead role was played ---surprising well---by Sacha Baron Cohen. I thought he did a terrific job.
Though I've read that much artistic license was taken with the facts , it was a really good series. His widow has taken issue with some of the "facts" presented but is glad his story is getting public exposure.

High five. Very nice.
FYI I watched it, enjoyed it. But yes Borat.

I can't keep up with all the shows coming out these days
I'll add this to my shows to watch list, which is probably about 50 right now.

I watched it. Great story, well told. But dang it was hard not to see Borat in every scene.

Somehow this one didn't hold my attention.

Agree, it is worth watching and Cohen was very good.

Great series! Have read that some artistic license may have taken place but will find out.

In the series, he was offered the job of Deputy Defense Minister, but apparently they didn't even have that position in that time period and that didn't really happen. The wife is portrayed as a seamstress and housekeeper and she claims she never was employed in that position. Those are 2 things I recall reading about as far as artistic license....there are probably some more. But that was also true of the movie Argo and others--things are added to the story for drama.

Finished the series last night and thought it wasn’t well done. I did find one thing odd with the scene in the bathhouse in episode 4. Cohen being a Jew would have been circumcised while the others would have not. Wouldn’t this have given him away? Maybe because he was born in Egypt and wasn’t?
