Man, they are really going hard on these political movies, huh?
I find this one very interesting since they are actually using a real senator’s name.
How often have they done that in movies when it wasn’t a biographical piece?

Don't know why but can't stand that guy.

It's annoying because we get like 2-4 military/intelligence/political movies a year (of any substance) and half of them are just heavy handed progressive messaging.
They tend to suck/bomb as well, which isn't surprising - Rendition, Green Zone, etc.
It's just like comedy. If a movie is done honestly and reflects questionably/poorly on the military or CIA or America, great. But when the movies/comedy are shite because the starting point was to make a political argument and then art/humor/entertainment are afterthoughts, that's what is so obnoxious and disappointing.

Well, he had to make a living, right? After the 5 broke up, Michael and Jermaine had solo careers, and, obviously, Janet, but there's only so much wo...
