I at least enjoyed it, even without Goku and Vegeta going blue or just insane (which is more pleasing.)

1. the lack of vegeta getting to fight sucks.
2. frieza being a dangerous SOB is good.

I'm sick of universe 6 except for Hit. They annoy me. I'm also sick if Gohan getting virtually zero fighting time in like 5 episodes. Are they saving him for later or what? Good episode but man they need to get some fan favorites involved more.

That's the thing, the episode isn't bad necessarily but it's a lot of meaningless characters getting beat up by the main cast with very little character development. It's just a whole lot of build up to the fights we've been waiting on for weeks now. Unless these are characters that are going to resurface after the tournament, it just feels like a whole lot of filler

well, that episode happened...
Can't say I was a fan.
But next weeks is called: "Gohan, show no mercy!" so we will finally get to see some Mystic Gohan!

weird episode, I thought it was going to be more interesting with the previews. You know on the lines of them having a love attack that makes people fight for them. Then it fails on frieza and he kills someone. You know...something like that

Episode succckkkeeed I felt like I was watching an episode of Sailor Moon. The preview for next week's episode looks to be much better. The fighter from Yardrat is still in the tournament. I thought he was eliminated, but I guess he used Instant Transmission to save himself.
I'm excited to see what those Universe 6 Namekians can do!

Saoneru looks like a Piccolo clone and Pirina looks like a Lord Slug clone.
I wonder if Pirina is going to grow to 50 feet tall and start wrecking stuff? Also, really hope Gohan remembers how to whistle.

This episode is pure garbage. Getting fed up with the social justice warrior teams (universe 2 and pride troopers). Maybe that's the point

I simply don't understand that fricking episode... Easily one if the worst 20+ minutes of DB I've ever seen. If I wanted to watch Sailor Moon I would have.
People are getting really antsy here. The deck needs to be cleared very soon and let the characters we actually care about get some show. I know next week's episode is very Gohan centric, that's a good thing, but its time to move on to tbe heavy hitters.

Problem is it looks like another filler episode, only this time it focuses on Gohan and Piccolo. Taking WAY too much time to clear the board of the secondary characters. We all know the primaries are as follows:
Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Frieza, 17
Hit, Cabba (where has he gone?), Kale, Califula, Frost
Toppo, Jiren, and the remaining Pride Warriors.
Once again, this arc should have been another movie. As it is, I simply have no reason to care or be impressed that some SJW characters from a Universe I've never heard of before this are being easily done away with by 17. And at this point, I'm just rooting for Frieza to kill Toppo before it's all done.

I agree, I watched it drunk last night and couldn't remember much this morning; so I watched it again and realized that I disappointed myself twice in a few hours.

Yes (why I put "new" in quotes). I guess they're saying that Goku being able to go full God on his own is a step beyond blue?
