NBC ads for their new shows don't tell you ANYTHING about what the shows are about.
Red Widow? What's it about?

When Leo was on screen, I forgot all about Waltz because Leo OWNED it
this, much the way waltz owned IB.
I'm happy with Waltz winning out of the ones selected...
He should have technically been in the "Best Actor" category.
But yes Leo or either Sam Jackson should have been nominated/win for "Best Supporting"

I kinda agree that I considered Waltz the lead
I would've been fine with either

Brave looked good... but it was kinda boring.
Weakest Animated category in years.

This sums it up..
quote:
That Waltz is the only man from Django in this category says how much the Academy likes him and was freaked out by Leonardo DiCaprio and the astonishing Samuel L. Jackson — who, like Watts, should have many more nominations than he has (just one). Waltz turns out to be the ideal speaker for a filmmaker who loves purple dialogue the way Prince loved rain
Again. I'm HAPPY Waltz won...
But Leo/Jackson got snubbed big time for Supporting.
At least nominate one of them over Alan Arkin.

And this is why I don't watch the Oscars. Just tell he who wins.

Thought Brave was one of the weaker animated films in this category.

As some have said, Waltz was a pseudo-lead in Django. Still pumped he won it, he was incredible.
