I’d say Raylan wasn’t exactly stable relationship material during the show either. Everyone around him was in constant danger because of his approach as a Marshall.
But an unintentional villain? Maybe when she stole the $100 from the evidence locker, but otherwise she just didn’t want to be married to a lawman and Raylan didn’t really want to be anything else IMO.

Season 1 she didn't want Raylan around but once she went through Gary's emails she's asking for his help. Then after Wynne Duffy scared her she showef up in a braless shirt to tell Raylan about it after he got beatdown. Epi b4 that she was bad mouthing him to Ava on the court bench. Yes shes hot but she is just as angry as Raylan & put him in alot of bad situations while 'dangling' herself to him to entice. Doing a rewatch with my wife who's never watched.
