Am I too far off if I guess Carrie Underwood for the Sun. I really feel like I heard her voice from the last performance.,
But I don't think I've seen her name thrown around once, so I assume that I'm probably farther off than Ken.

Sounded to me like Faith Hill, but it would surprise me to have 2 country acts in the same group. She covered Piece of My Heart back in the day, and there were definitely some similarities in the voice. I suck at getting the clues to add up, so I have to rely on my ears

You know Ken Jeong is the Executive Producer when they trot out NBA players for him to fangirl all over.
Definitely in on Jessica Simpson being Seahorse. She came up the same time as Britney Spears, and for her to do a Britney song in character is likely a nod and a red herring at the same time.

I’m not in on Sea Horse being Simpson. I don’t think she can sing like that. Some here think its Tori Kelly. The Sea Horse has a connection to the Astronaut (Hunter Hayes), per last night’s episode. Hunter and Tori have performed together a few times. Simpson and Hayes haven’t, as far as I can find.

15 min of fame celebrity - plus you have judges that really are into him, so i'm sure they pulled strings to get him in. I do agree, he is not a Celebrity in the classic sense - but i think he kind of knew he was a filler contestant. i mean if we are honest, i was happier to see him on there than Ball
