it was definitely hit or miss, but I think it's got potential cause Jeselnik is hilarious.

damn

Tosh would be a really good guest, but I doubt he ever gets on because of Tosh.O being right before.

The difference is Tosh had a main point that the jokes revolved around. This is a lot more chaotic

They can still work out the kinks. Other than "do jokes based off internet videos" Tosh's original show is pretty different from what he does now. Jesselnik's main point is "be extremely callous and make jokes about sensitive issues and news stories." For example I thought his cancer segment was great, best part of the episode

Kroll's standup isn't great and his show sucks but his characters on the league and parks and rec are great and that's mostly improvisation. Kroll and Ansari are pretty big names in comedy, I don't know who else you really want him to get

I agree with your assessment , the first episode of Chappelle's show it was not. Like I said i just remember feeling mehh about Tosh's almost entire first season, so I'm just not in a rush to judge this one either way

I thought it was okay. Some stuff worked and some was forced like people have said.

I thought Aziz was solid and Amy was kinda shitty. Did like her beard in a cave comment though.

The main problem is that his comedy style doesn't fit we'll into a "talk show" kind of format. A lot of his comedy is because of the delivery, and in a show like this he has to jump from topic to topic much faster than in his standup.

I'll keep watching though because I didn't hate it and I can see some potential. Plus, Jeselnik is hilarious so I'm optimistic.

i think he is really funny in his standup but the show was borderline shitty tonight. like cocomo said, the show's pace doesnt match his humor.

amy's jokes were all too predictable and went for the typical wow factor with that stupid look on her face like ummmm guys i was being serious but its obviously a joke.

aziz was ok but the whole show just seemed really scripted. its almost like the three were anticipating the jokes and rushing to them.

frick it the show sucked but i know jeselnik is funny so ill watch again.

i wonder if tosh talking about his show not getting good til the middle of the second show was foreshadowing this show being shitty and to give it another chance

First thing I thought when Tosh said that...I was like uh oh.

Also, I;ve seen Amy Schumer on a roast before, and she looked fatter on the show last night. It's like she's almost cute, but comes off more as chubby. I feel like AJ could do better.

I liked it, I though it was funny. Although the panel section of the show seemed a little to rehearsed.

It took me awhile but I really got into Jeff Ross's show. Now its on hiatus. BTW, I hate Aziz. He's just as annoying as his character Randy in Funny People.

I like Jeselnik's stand up but the two things that made me laugh the most last night were his shots at Chelsea Handler and Latino Voices, which were the two things that were the least like his stand-up.

I personally can't stand jeselnik. He's arrogant and not in a funny way.

Jeselnik is the comic Joseph Gordon Levitt of this board. OMG he makes rapid fire jokes about killing babies and raping dogs while doing a Mitch Hedberg impression. So edgy and hilarious.

I don't really know why/how CC picks the random comedians they try to prop up and stuff down our throats as hilarious. Jeff Ross, Jeselnik, Geraldo rip. I guess its the guys who will work for peanuts and do whatever CC wants.
