BBFC approves The Hobbit trailer for Man of Steel. I still remember like it was yesterday the Two Towers trailer before some movie. Went see it on Jonhston st in Lafayette and after the trailer everyone literally stood up and gave a standing ovation. It was like getting goosebumps during the 2007 LSU Vs Florida game when they announced USC losing

Rated 12A, just like the second trailer for An Unexpected Journey, the trailer will clock in at two minutes and one second. That’s some 25 seconds shorter than the trailers for An Unexpected Journey, but still quite substantial.

I wonder if PJ will show Smaug. I'm not sure if I want to see him before or be surprised when watching the actual movie.

The first Hobbit was painfully bad. Think I'll skip the second.

Dumbest statement of the year. Smaug will be in the next one. You are an idiot sir.

Its just plain dumb to say the first one sucked not gonna watch the second one when its based on the book.
If you read the book why would you have second thought on not watching the main part of the book
eta: fear go check the gaming board for last of us.

I don't see a problem with this unless she sucks. I think getting worked up over something like this is very trivial. The way Peter and Fran discussed the character it should work IMO

I love watching nerd fights.

I love Evangeline Lilly, didn't realize that was her. Not a giant nerd, but being a big Tolkien/LOTR/Hobbut/Silmarilion fan, and knowing my stuff, I still enjoyed the movies pretty good despite some of his changes. Faramir was butchered big time. But...
Give me a freaking break, Some made up chick, bringing a love story and Legolas in The Hobbit. The Silvan elves capture the Dwarves so I'm sure she's going to rebel or something and be the one who helps them out.

She will definitely have a love story,” Lilly says. “I can’t give away too much about it. It’s not a huge focus but it is there and it is important and it does drive Tauriel and her story and her actions.” Will that romance involve Orlando Bloom’s Legolas, by any chance? Lilly won’t say definitively one way or the other, but she does offer this much: “Tauriel’s relationship with Legolas is significant. They’ve known each other since they were children, and Legolas’ dad, [Elven king] Thranduil, has a soft spot for Tauriel and sees something very special in her. So if you grow up side by side, and your dad has a very special spot in his heart for this young woman who’s a fantastic warrior, I think it’s hard not to notice her.

No. I read the books
This movie could be the best movie this year. Will have to wait and see how Man of Steel does.
