I couldn't understand what they were saying. So I turned it off. I was going to turn on subtitles and watch it again. But I haven't got around to it yet..

If you like Guy Ritchie movies you’re gonna like it, because it’s a Guy Ritchie movie.

I happen to love Guy Ritchie movies so I really enjoyed it.

Is it as good as Snatch or Rock N Rolla? Probably not. But it is really good.

I just hope he stays the course and Disney doesn’t decide to throw a bunch of money his way to do a Star Wars movie or some shite

Eh it is what it is and the guys gotta eat.

It was 11 years between Rock N Rolla and The Gentlemen. Hopefully he can get money to make more of these movies without having to do King Arthur’s.

I didnt Hate his Sherlock Movies either.

I’m not blaming him for taking the money, I just hope we get more non IP stories and he’s one of the few directors with enough cache to get one made and makes them extremely well.

They’re alright but I would gladly trade them all in for 1 original Guy Ritchie movie

I agree

He said Rock N Rolla was supposed to be a trilogy. Which is tragic. Johnny Quid was an amazing character.

Revolver is the real litmus test to how big of a guy Ritchie fan you are

That movie makes absolutely no sense but is enthralling

It’s definitely one of his more artistic films. Wildly symbolic and weird.

Apparently it makes a lot of sense if you’re well versed in Kabbalah.

Yeah but that’s like saying the movie makes sense if you are well versed in QAnon

I wish Statham would pick weird scripts like that again. I feel like he’s greatly underused. He’s basically a modern day Steven Segal at this point, but I feel like he elevated nearly every movie he is in, and can actually act if you give him good shite to work with

Charlie Hunnam is a much better actor when he isn't trying to produce an American accent.
I heard he's the lead in a new series based on the book Shantaram. I wonder how his Australian accent is.

A+ soundtrack as well

Give me more scenes like The Subways wailing while Johnny pencils a club bouncer to death or smokes crack to Lou Reed

You’re so right. I have a few of those songs in my regular rotation still. A
