Such an awesome episode. Gun to head, I probably have to rank S2 ahead of S1 right now. It's close though.

Can't wait to see it. Have to wait until tomorrow.

Offerman was great in this episode. Kind of pissed that it's ending ~10 minutes early.

I know they've spoiled us by running episodes until 11:15

I think they've all been the typical ~43 minutes, but they've been adding more commercials than usual so they take longer than an hour to air. I think that may have only been a 40 minute episode. Still greatness, though.

I really don't think it's close. S1 was incredible, but this season has been on another level. Like an all time level

I don't know. I need to rewatch S1. I don't want to have any recency bias. BBT's character from S1 is still one of my top 5 favorite characters ever.
I just realized, I don't think this episode had a UFO type reference. Would be the first of the season. Did I miss something?

Man great episode! Did Kirsten break down and tell the sheriff what happened?

I told my wife the same thing as the episode ended

She kept it vague enough to not incriminate herself.
The only thing the episode didn't do well was having Sheriff Danson going back in and checking on Dunst. After what happened and Lou telling him to take his time coming to the station, there's no way that he wouldn't have gone in and checked on Dunst's character, at which point he would have found an incapacitated Gerhardt brother and two dead henchmen.
ETA: Probably just one dead henchman, the other one knocked out.

Only thing i didnt like is that the previews revealed who lived and who died from the mike milligan and the kitchen boy okie doke sneak attack

I didn't watch the previews so thanks for not naming names.
I don't really care about the daughter dying or not. I kind of like Gamgam Gerhardt.

When Nick Offerman stood up and said, "great Caesar's ghost" I about lost it.

Offerman was incredible that episode.
