Instead the vets let their game be known from the beginning and the rookies just sat there and took it. I guess it kind of makes sense too. The rookie-rookie pairs had little defense and the rookies that were teaming with vets obviously didn't want to rock the boat and make themselves a target so the rookies never got to use their numbers.
An EASY way to solve this would have been to have the worst performing team in the challenge go straight into elimination.
Look at week 1: Ashley would have been in elimination the first episode
At least the challenges would be entertaining and everyone would have something to lose
Before last night's episode, everyone knew Hughie and Berna would be in elimination no matter what
Since there are no more rookie pairs, hopefully the shite is about to hit the fan

So you would have replaced almost certainly knowing who is going to be elimination with a system that guarantees who we know is going to be in elimination?

I'd buy this on PPV every week if the old CT was in the house with Josh.
Or Fessy.

the only decent opening against CT is the last elimination if the agency can try to throw in 2 strong teams for a win-win culling of the strongest just before the final
Yeah, but then you give CT the opportunity to choose whatever girl he wants going into the final. Plus he's pissed/motivated.

the scary thing is with all the team switching going on I would assume there are chances to change teams during the final too, like we have seen in recent finals.
kinda gotta consider who you would hate to run against in a final too
It will definitely be something like that IMO. Seems like they always try to carry something from the season into the final.

that would be terrible in this format with the agency and team swapping, it would wreck the benefit of being the agency, and the political/social game this season which is obviously intended to be important with a title of lies, spies and allies. it will also become way more important as numbers dwindle.
agency can set up friends or themselves to pick off scrubs who got voted in and build their team and their allies, we just saw emy do this last week to get CT. This gives the agency more room to control who vs who by influencing the vote AND hand picking their competitors after seeing what the elim is.
some folks would just throw challenges to go in and break up teams in the house which would take power away from the agency. It wouldn't make sense to reward last place with a weekly chance to blow up alliances/teams in the house. If you didn't get that type of power for winning an elim then Id probably agree.
as a random note I assume no consequence for last place is why the challenges have seemed more fun and not as grueling/difficult

I agree CT is stacked, that was a devils advocate type of strategy haha. it sucks but is still probably your best move since worst case you bump off 1 strong competitor. youd have to be able to spin it that youre doing it as a favor to CT to give him his partner lol.
your best move against CT is at best a 50:50 chance to be a great move FOR CT lol.

The best strategy is definitely to throw him in last minute against another strong team/guy. That way even if he wins and comes back for the final, you have another strong guy who got sent home.
And it seems like the best chance to eliminate CT is something like a Hall Brawl against someone like Fessy. But in all honesty I think CT smokes Fessy in a HB now that he's much leaner. He's fricking cockstrong, and Fessy is used to being physical against smaller dudes. The other best way is an elimination where his big size is a disadvantage, like the ones where you have to weave yourself in and out of ropes and bars or some shite like that. Kinda like the one he got beat by Jay in a couple seasons ago.

CT is the last person I would want for a hall brawl in that house.
id probably only feel up to go against CT if the elimination was rock paper scissors or math

If it was something physical or athletic, I'd be game as long as it wasn't toe to toe with him. I'm not a big dude so he would roll me in any sort of match of strength. But I'm pretty good at physical type shite and could compete at that stuff. Also good at puzzles and shite, although I don't "practice" them like he does.

That was fat, out of shape CT though. Jay isn’t beating 2021 CT in that rope challenge

I'd pay good money to see a CT vs. Cocomo hall brawl or pole wrestle.

A couple weeks back myself and another poster debated on if Josh has a good social game. I said his social game is great and the other poster said he is awful.
Well tonight's episode proves I am right. To recap Josh and Cory got in an argument. Josh basically said he was going to rally the vets to send Cory into elimination. It was Josh who pointed out Cory was working with the rookies. Nelson commented he wanted to tell Cory to shut up because Josh has too many friends in the house. Josh went to Ashley and told her Cory and she dismissed him but he kept convincing her. She then did her politicking, but only because Josh had influenced her.
It is a great social game when you want to send in a vet like Cory and the rest of the house follows.

Great episode tonight. I thought it was by far the best episode of the season so far
It makes the show better now that the vets are on the chopping block.
Am I the only one who likes Cory?
I wonder what the cliffhanger was all about. I'm guessing you won't be able to switch partners anymore

It's a much better show when the Vets are worried and in play.

He's tier 2 for me, definitely don't dislike him.

Either that or it's going to an individual game.

Bettina has nudes out there. Josh thinks he's a mastermind, lol. Hes loud & nudging others who are going along only bc they dont want to be seen as threats. Kyle not taking Cory's bs. Love he owns up to being a snake. Lol. KC legit jealous/h8s Amber.

Did she have some work done since those nudes?? Looks so much smaller

could be a purge coming. they sometimes replace folks after people get kicked off maybe this is happening due to fessy. altho it seems to be getting later in the game not sure if theyll add someone at this point
I think its more likely that they will go to individuals or teams will be locked

That would leave Tori and Devin together, strong team.
Or they might end up free agents and don't compete and can't be voted in.

No one who whines and cries as much as Josh can possibly have a “good” social game. Just because he was the lesser of two evils for one week doesn’t make him good. It just makes Corey, who’s been atrocious, was worse.

“Just give me the goof”
CT is the goat.
