I come in this thread after every episode to see if y'all are talking about all the Freudian gay slips that Nelson has. He is literally nreaching Mac from Always Sunny levels.

If it were anyone else, I would say it's obvious with some of the stuff he says, but I honstly think he's that dumb and has no idea what he is saying at any given moment.
It's difficult for words to even flow for him more often than not. I think he's hi etsly borderline mentally retarded.
And the sad thing is, Hunter damn near his equal. That crew loves each other so much because Cory, a total nimrod, is looked at as the intelligent one.

I think he is being fed the lines by Shane and/or production, and he knows they are supposed to be funny. However he doesn’t know why they are supposed to be funny, and he just assumes everyone is laughing with him and not at him.
But let’s not act like most of the cast is intelligent besides Hunter, Nelson, and Cory.
You’ve got Cara Maria who thinks the largest continent is the Northern Continent, John who thinks they speak Dutch in Australia, Jenna who calls airports “plane stations”, and Brad who can’t spell throne. It takes everyone 10 minutes to do that simple puzzle where there’s a 3x3 grid and each side has to add up to 15, and then Cory’s cousin comes in and solved it in 30 seconds
The only people on the challenges who I would consider somewhat intelligent are Wes, Devin, angry and gay Frank from San Diego , extremely normal Frank from Vegas 1 (and I’m going back 15 years for that one), Mike from Vegas 2 whose whole gimmick was that he was a bit of a nerd, Shane, and maybe Jordan and Laurel. And Evelyn, of course.
Oddly enough, despite being one of the most immature people in the house every season, Ashley seems to be good at mental challenges but I think that’s partly because she goes up against Kailah, Lesbian Cop Nicole, and Camila who are all just that bad.

Kam actually seems fairly smart. She just has one of the worst voices of all time and over plays her character for screen time.

Previews for tonight show the body slam was over Tony throwing Cory’s leftover food out of the bus window. I have the lol.
Posted on 10/23/18 at 9:28 pm to LSUtigerfan22
As I stated earlier, Cory has become a truly screwed up, strange, almost psychotic dude over the past couple shows.
Devin is almost just as bad. His shtick went form kind of sly and entertaining to just dark and almost perosnal and hateful. Same as all the "young" gaggle of morons lead by Nelson.
"speak in sentences!" Great line by John.
The shite John said was bad but Devin absolutely partially to blame. If producers were legitemetly concerned they would have separated the two.. But they knew they had great TV so they didn't.
The first half of that episode got dark and not fun to watch. MTV really need a to go fresh Meat or something and pump some more likable blood in there with old school spirit like Tony.
John's alliance Is still kind of fricked. Pauly and Natalie are safe, but they're all going to have to vote for the same group because the other side is all three be voting for John and Tony.
Let's say they vote in Shane And Nelson , Ashley and hunter or Joss and Sylvia. They all probably have the edge against Cara and Marie. If they get the numbers John's screwed unless he wins every challenge.
That party may even call out John and Tony to face them, especially if it's Shane and Nelson they'd absolutely try to take them out.

I feel like I am taking crazy pills reading your post. Devin is the dark, personal, and hateful one?
John is the same scumbag he has always been. For a guy who is one of the most mediocre athletes in the house, Devin has always occupied a shite ton of space in John's head, and his somewhat fluky win over John last season is exactly the kind of thing that makes him go over the top.

Devin was literally following John around the entire complex trying to provoke him. He actually hoped John would punch him in the face. He succeeded in pushing John over that edge, but instead of hitting him like Devin wanted, he did something that would actually hurt Devin, and not get him sent home, and then Devin acted like a victim. I honestly don’t feel much sympathy for him, because he had really done nothing but exploit the whole situation with his dad since he had come back. It sucks, but it’s not like John showed up at the funeral and talked shite. They’re on the challenge, and Devin wanted a reaction out of John. Well, he got one.

Agreed.
This season has done more to make me like Bananas than any season prior. Just find the Nelson, Devin crew to be annoying TV. Actually want to see Johnny beat all of them (though something tells me we're in for a fluke winner this season like Sylvia/Joss or Natalie/Paulie).

He literally followed Bananas around the entire complex telling him “I’m better than you at everything” “you’re only walking away because you have nothing to say” etc. Then when Bananas finally had enough he made that fricker cry in 10 seconds.
In any other situation it would have been definitely over the line. But shite if you keep asking for it don’t be upset when you get it.
This is probably very unpopular, but Devin is my least favorite person in this show. It’s like they cast an unathletic actor to try to play Wes.

My sentiments exactly.
Devin, who I used to find amusing, and his band of idiots, has turned most of us all on John's side.
I also agree on the fluke winner.
I think we may have an all time atrocious final, because there's so much animus built up between Shane Nelson Johnny and Tony, they may all canibilize each other and leave three terrible teams and have a Duo like Joss and Sylvia to fly under the radar enough to make it and beat two other shite teams.
This Realistically could be the final:
Joss and Sylvia v. Ashley and Hunter v. Kam and Kaleigh... Yeeesh

When trying to find out when the finale is, I came across a minor spoiler. It's not going to ruin anyone's viewing experience in any way, so I'll share it here. There are 4 teams in the finale (I also saw who the finalists were but not the order they finished), but I won't share that here.
So of the 16 people left (12 plus 4 in Redemption), half will be in the final.
However, MTV did a terrible job with the editing. Today they literally showed 5 teams in next week's episode, so anyone who watched the last 2 minutes would know who was eliminated. It was one of their most egregious edit jobs in years.

Not sure about dark, but definitely personal and hateful.
His entire existence on the show is to harass Johnny. It’s all he talks about. He constantly goes out of his was to get a reaction. Then gets upset when he does.
This is the kind of shite he post on Twitter
Seriously it’s like he’s a wrestler trying to get some heat from the crowd. He’s terrible.

I find Devin to be extremely unlikeable. He goes around telling Bananas that he is in his head, but in actuality its the other way around.
Posted on 10/24/18 at 7:51 am to BayouCatFan
Agree with most here on the Devin/Bananas situation. I didn’t even think what Bananas said was that bad.
If you want to try to play mental games with someone, you can’t turn around and cry like a baby when they play mental games right back.
The Devin, Cory, Nelson, and Hunter group is painful to watch. Someone from that group should at least win one challenge before they run around and act like they are the “new age” of the show.
I read the season spoilers once CT got eliminated and the end result is pretty hilarious. The reunion show should be fantastic.

I thought there might be more leading up to the slam, but nope. Tony came to apologize as soon as they got off the bus for throwing out his smashed pasta and immediately got slammed
. That was a roided up psycho CT move.
And then there's this.

And then there's this.

Posted on 10/24/18 at 9:11 am to DayBowBow
I thought Tony had curbed his alcohol intake, but he was clearly drunk as shite when all of that went down.
Posted on 10/24/18 at 9:20 am to Keys Open Doors
How many more episodes does this season have? It feels like it's being airing for 6 months now.
Posted on 10/24/18 at 9:21 am to TotesMcGotes
Haven't seen it yet, traveling. What did bananas say to Devin?
