It took him 10 god damn days to kill that thing. TEN frickING DAYS OF NON-STOP FIGHTING. So yeah, I'd say even bringing in Superman may be a moot point for that thing, since I don't see Superman making it 10 days against that thing.

Yeah, pretty much the one movie monster I would say " frick everything" and just run. Don't try to get the authorities, the army, or Spider-Man to go get this monster, just run since I know that there's nothing else you can do.

Nah brah, fire whips and crazy horns? pssssshh I could take that bitch

I'm just doing it for fun at this point. If I think it has a chance, I'll just retype it in whatever program Carson has it on. Plus it will basically allow me to do another draft and allow me more time to think it over.

There's a reason someone made Final Draft, and it's because typing scripts out on Word is arguably the least efficient way to write.

I think it would be easier to literally hand write it on some paper and transfer it later.

I can't imagine what kind of pretentious "reflection on society" type of Indy movie Carson is writing

Why would it be any less efficient to print out my Word document, make notes on the side of it, and then start typing on Final Draft?

I never find Carson really that snooty like most the other people here, since I actually tend to agree with him.

Just looked online for Final Draft. shite that thing is expensive. Guess I know what I'm asking the folks for my birthday.

Yea it's not free, but if you're a believer in the theory that time is money, it'll pay for itself pretty quickly.

Since this thread seems to be irretrievably hijacked anyway:

IMO Word has never been the best word processing program for any application. WordPerfect was a much better program. It was the might of Microsoft that allowed Word to crush the other programs. I look on it as one case where the market screwed up.

That said, write short stories. Word is adequate for that.
