I think so too.
Since no one responded to me earlier , did y'all notice Wrecker hit his head in Episode 2 just like the classic Stormtrooper blooper in Star Wars? It's when they are dressed like villagers trying to get those folks on the transport off the planet.

I am worried the issue he is dealing with might be the chip in his head. That the hit to the head may have triggered it somehow and he may flip as well.

So just going to throw this out there:
I do believe Omega is Force Sensitive and her dna template was crossed not with Palplatine’s but with Shaak Ti’s. I believe we are setting up the backstory of why Moff Gideon is pursuing Grogu and it would explain why he had the clone guy around.
I believe the original plan was for it to explain how Palpatine returned and how he was able to use Snoke bodies, but I believe that has been audibled to Gideon using it to engineer his own force sensitive clone troopers. Or he’ll maybe he’s just trying to get some Force action of his own.

The guy on Screen Crush is also hypothesizing that it could’ve been from Obi Wan’s DNA that they took without him knowing while he was on Camino.

Ya that's in Episode 3 with the landing.
The hit he does in Episode 2 appears to be a nod to the film and not chip related. They even put him in the background to pull it off like the stormtrooper.

I think what the Imperials were doing with Grogu was harvesting the midichlorians from his blood, they were harvesting his blood. And they mentioned his “M-count” a few times. I think what they were doing was trying to use midichlorians to heighten a subject’s sensitivity post-birth/creation.
If Omega isnt Force sensitive I think her skill is heightened awareness and the ability to learn skills quickly. Its how she could be a medical assistant at 10-11 years old, and This would be extremely valuable for soldiers in the field to observe and adapt to their enemies.

Bump for episode 4 dropping today.
It was another solid episode, and we got some Fennec Shand action. I wonder what the empire wants with Omega. Another filler episode, so hopefully the plot starts advancing some more soon. I just gotta remember its a long season...

I think Fennec is working for the Kaminoans.

Filler is overused term. Solid episode. It hits multiple points of the show, of which I see three main broad paths that will continually intertwine with each other.
1: Bad Batch adjust and learn about to life outside the army/Kamino.
2: Imperial reorganization of society and the military.
3: Kaminoans attempt to stay relevant.
I think Shand is working for the Kaminoans outside of Imperial knowledge.

I was happy to see Shand after/before The Mandalorian.

Did everyone stop watching?
Enjoyed the latest episode. More action and at least one great references to the OG trilogy.
Also received this shirt from Nine Line today

Wait, so the Rancor in Return of the Jedi was FEMALE?
Posted on 5/28/21 at 10:42 pm to CGSC Lobotomy
No proof it was THAT rancor, just evidence Jabba liked having pet rancors. No idea how long rancors live.

My boy Wrecker out here throwing hands with damn rancor lol
I really hope the boys take on the bounty hunter trade full tilt. Will be nice to see them explore the parts unknown of the universe in a time not explores while their only connection to the overall story of the Star Wars universe being trying to avoid it.
The universe is so rich and deep that it doesn’t all have to be about Jedi vs. Sith and Rebels vs. Empire.

Just a hunch, but I’m pretty sure they don’t kill Shand.

So Wrecker's got, what, 3 episodes in a row with a nagging headache, right?
I think that chip's about to kick in; they will have to figure out a way to disable/defuse it; and learning how to do so will lead them to go back for Crosshair.
Oh, and just an observation- that CGI continues to get better and better. Some of the visuals could be spliced into a live-action show like the Mandalorian, and you'd never know. Some of the flight scenes, and the opening shot of the city... basically, if it doesn't have exposed flesh visible, you can't really tell it's not "live".

I'm wondering if they don't do this. If they don't retcon these guys in then they aren't around and have to be offed in some fashion
