Palpatine said Plagueis could create life in Revenge of the Sith, that's canon.
I'm gonna trust Plagueis apprentice knows more about him and his abilities than some random message board user that has almost no knowledge of him.
Not creating Anakin =/= never created life at all.

And Lucas said that Palpatine was lying and that he often lied.

In 2005 Lucas did an interview with the Rolling Stone and he says:
Now, there’s a hint in the movie that there was a Sith lord who had the power to create life. But it’s left unsaid: Is Anakin a product of a super-Sith who influenced the midichlorians to create him, or is he simply created by the midichlorians to bring forth a prophecy, or was he created by the Force through the midichlorians? It’s left up to the audience to decide.
So your best example of the show "bReAkInG CaNoN" is ambiguous at best and at worst directly disproven.

Cope harder. Lucas said it and it’s in the Rise Of Vader.
Oh and also from The Grand Experiment, the story of Plagies’ attempts to create life
During the final years of the Galactic Republic, the Sith Lords Darth Plagueis and his apprentice, Darth Sidious, conducted the Grand Experiment on the moon Sojourn in 42 BBY. Utilizing Sith alchemy and the dark side of the Force, Plagueis intended to create the living embodiment of the Force. In order to do so, he tried to influence the midi-chlorians in his attempt to create life. But when his efforts bore no success, and instead wiped out his other experiments, Plagueis deemed the project a failure.

I just find it amusing that a show that has only 8 total episodes to its name has over 180 PAGES worth of commentary from a group who has basically said they're not even watching it.

So it's in something that isn't Canon
you are terrible at this.
Your entire argument is broken. Plagueis not creating Anakin does not mean he didn't have the power to create life.
In fact one of the theories of why the force created Anakin is due to Plagueis attempts to create life. If it was impossible, why would the force respond?

Where did George Lucas say it was impossible to create life? You havent provided a single citation.
George Lucas said The Rise of Darth Vader isn't his canon.
Revenge of the Sith is canon, and it is stated that Plagueis DID have the power to create life.
also Lucas said In 2005: "there’s a hint in the movie that there was a Sith lord who had the power to create life."

From Plagies’ wookiepedia
Lucas himself stated Palpatine's tale about Plagueis' abilities was a lie.

Plagueis didn’t create the twins. So i don’t see how canon was broken.
Posted on 7/24/24 at 2:56 pm to Madking
I never got the impression Plagueis was successful. Palps said he learned everything from Plagueis before he killed them, and that mofo had no idea how to do it outside of cloning. He even told Anakin they would have to figure it out to save Padme.

No you don’t want to admit it was broken. Big difference

You’re arguing Plagueis couldn’t create life.
Well he didn’t do that in the show.

Palpatine's tale being a lie does not mean it's impossible to create life from the force. The citation for that is 1999-2005, in 2005 Lucas said this
quote:
“There’s a hint in the movie that there was a Sith lord who had the power to create life. But it’s left unsaid:
Is Anakin a product of a super-Sith who influenced the midichlorians to create him, or is he simply created by the midichlorians to bring forth a prophecy, or was he created by the Force through the midichlorians? It’s left up to the audience to decide.
How he was born ultimately has no relationship to how he dies, because in the end, the prophecy is true: Balance comes back to the Force.”
- George Lucas, Rolling Stones, 2005

that's true as well. we don't even see how the twins are "born" in the show.
I'm not sure how them existing breaks canon.

As usual you’re taking a derailed portion of what I said based on Corinthians stupidity and attempting to make that my original statement. It’s not, try again.

To add to this, I don’t think Plagueis or Palps were ever trying to make a chosen one-type figure, but were simply trying to extend their own lives.

your original statement was that the show broke canon by
that didn't happen in the show.

You must have missed the whole, creating force users out of thin air part of the show.
