That stupid Coke "tailgate" commercial...

Hate this commercial on so many levels:
-- Starts off okay with a University of Texas fan at an outdoor tailgate saying, "Best tailgate? Brisket!"
-- Then it immediately jumps off the rails with a girl in a Mexico jersey, WATCHING A SOCCER GAME ON TV, and saying, "No! REAL futbol? pollo blah blah something Spanish. Do the folks at Coke even know what a tailgate IS? It's not eating food inside while watching a game on TV.
-- We are then treated to a few actual tailgate scenes and foods, but just as many non-tailgate scenes-- basketball fans eating wings and subs inside (house and office), a guy AT a baseball game talking about Dodger dogs (a concession food), and somebody cooking up food at a NASCAR race.
-- Funniest of all is when we see Grambling fans talking about the best tailgating food being crawfish. The ad folks for Coke have no idea that autumn is essentially the opposite of crawfish boiling season. Idiots. Could have just used jamabalaya or gumbo, but no.
-- The USC guy offering up hummus as the best tailgate food IS funny, though.

She is in a bar packed with people, not an apartment. And she is hot. And she has an accent. And pollo asado is bomb as frick.

No one tailgates at a damn La Hacienda. And anyone who tailgates for soccer should be deported. Did laugh at the burger commercial because the first time I saw it I was eating turkey chili.

The one I can’t stand right now is the Pizza Hut commercial with the Steelers fans, where the young daughter rips a pizza box in half and screams at the football game on the TV. Then the parents high-five because they’re “raising her right.”
Because that’s what everyone wants from a young woman. Roid raging to NFL football. Got it.

How about the LSU commercial where the people are digging into boiled crawfish at the Chimes.

All of these are bad, but better than the current Dr Pepper “Fansville”’crap.

The original few Larry Culpepper commercials were hilarious. By the end it was basically a caricature of a caricature.
