Yeah......no. Those were basically bats. A episode about bats. The preview for next week has a awful cgi T-Rex eating a man. shite looked SyFy bad.

Are you going to cry when this show doesn't get picked up for a second season?

I thought it was okay last night. It's definitely not an awesome show, but it's good enough that I'll keep tuning in for now. I still stick with my "It's like a better Falling Skies" theory.

I'll have fun nitpicking it though. Like now all of a sudden the son is completely fine with everything...he spent two hours in the pilot bitching about everything and getting mad at his dad, but now it's all smiles and obeying. Also, don't try to show the son being all attached to his necklace from his old girl...he forgot about her about ten minutes after stepping through the portal and saw this new chick. "She's smart, funny, pretty.....just like you." Nice work, Rico Suave.

I thought the breeding grounds angle was pretty cool...I was wondering if they were gonna stick with the whole "migration" angle, but they changed it up a bit, and I liked that.

Jim's confronting of the head doc about his wife was really awkward and forced. "I'm about to go off into battle against killer flying dinosaurs to try to capture a couple for studying purposes, but I just want you to know that I think it's dick that you recruited my wife because you wanted to frick her because I was in prison. See ya later."

The main thing that pissed me off was that people weren't getting fricked the frick up by these flying things. They made a point in the beginning of "Three armed soldiers got butchered," and that was just a few of the bird things. So thousands upon thousands attack Terra Nova (fricking UNARMED CIVILIANS), and nobody even seemed to lose an eye? That was bullshite IMO.

I really want this show to be good.Because I like the whol "humans living among dinosaurs" thing. But, it's disapointing so far. I'll probably stick with it through the season just to see where it goes.

Last night's episode was okay. Funny how it ended up being a bunch of horny bird dinosaurs that kept interupting the guy and his wife trying to get a little action in. "if we can't frick, neither can you"

I guess the whole "almost getting ripped apart by dinosaurs" thing gave him a new perspective?

I thought sure the lil girl's venus flytrap plant was going to have something to do with attracting the birds but, i guess not.

I like how the young cop who was hot for the older daughter gets knocked out cold by the air vent and the son gets to be the hero. sorta like your military guys getting killed but civilians get scratches point. The one military guy in the house gets knocked out and it's up to the civilians to save themselves.

Yeah, I didn't even realize he was knocked out. I thought he kinda got hit and then hit the floor for protection...then a little while later they're dragging him out the room. Also, nice work leaving ya'lls little sister in the room with the killer flying dinosaurs.




Also, I was predicting last night to my gf that the head doctor guy who recruited Jim's wife (hereafter referred to as horny doc) may end up being the sixer spy within Terra Nova.
