Anybody else catch this? I don't think there's any Video of it anywhere.

It just went directly into about a 6 minute action sequence with no notification of what you were watching during the previews for Star Wars in Imax.

I immediedtly said 'this is Nolan,' you could just tell.

It involved an Inception/Bane-esque raid on what looked like a Polish or Russian classical music theater production, then flashed to a group of Swat guys pulling up to the place, then one foreign police guy said "bring in the Americans" then flashes to JD Washington in a swat uniform and a couple other guys.

They rush in, put the audience to sleep and then there's only a couple guys still awake.

They say some jargon about "he's not the guy" or "he's our guy" or something like that with someone who's still awake in a balcony suite.

Then someone brings out a ticking bomb. There's confusion, and then there's someone else awake who looks like he shouldn't be and then Washington grabs a guy and throws the bomb in the balcony and they run out while the theater explodes in the background.

They get back in the swat van and they begin yelling "that's not our man" or something.

There's also a moment during the "rescue" where a bullet mark on the floor "heals" and the bullet rewinds out of the floor, almost Matrix-esque.

It was all very confusing, The it blasts into a short trailer and the letter TENET appear.

I Stull have no idea what the film is about, but it was so refreshing to see intrigue and originality and no fricking franchise film.

Here's the trailer again just for hype. LINK

Here's a guy reviewing it more in depth for those wanting to know more: LINK

I saw it. It's an interesting scene, there's just no context to what is happening.

It was well shot but, it's hard to really love it when you don't know what is at stake.

I have a feeling when we know what's going on that scene will be badass.

I saw it. It reminded me a lot of the the dark knight rises with the lighting, music and cinematography. It was really well put together I though. I can’t wait to see it.

i remember getting tickets for I Am Legend IMAX just to be able to see the Bank Heist scene from The Dark Knight. That Joker reveal was simply incredible

Lol we came in slightly late so this was already playing. When it went for like 3-4 minutes I started trying to verify I was in the right theater. I’d never seen a trailer like that before.

Yes, I left the theater thinking more about this than Star Wars

110% agree

sick of remakes, prequels, sequels, etc

I've developed a profound appreciation for movies that just exist to tell a story, rather than set up another 3+ films.

Haven't thought about star wars at all after seeing it. A 6 minute Nolan clip was more impactful than 3 hrs of shite thrown at the screen.
