A movie you thought would be terrible but ended up being good or atleast watchable.

- Rocky Balboa (Rocky 6)

I thought Rocky Six was the fifth worst Rocky movie.

I thought Cruel Intentions would suck but was pleasantly surprised.

I thought Moulin Rouge would suck because my gf made me watch it one night with her in trade for watching a football game or something.

I couldn't keep my eyes off of Nicole Kidman. Kind of a stupid movie, but Kidman's hotness in that move kept me glued.

Shooter was definitely a good surprise. I thought it would be just a run of the mill sniper flick but had a pretty good conspiracy plot.

Don't Mess With the Zohan.

after waiting a year plus to see it I've probably watched it 15 times in the past 2 weeks.

Sorry I just couldn't stand Zohan, I tried watching it but i just couldn't get through the opening beach scene, just awful, i personally thought the Love Guru was better, b/c both came out at the same time and were very similar in there stupidity

Running Scared

The Departed - Only because I had seen the original first.

In Bruges - Thought it looked interesting but not the fantastically awesome movie that it was.

oh most definitely. Hot Rod is the exact same situation as Zohan. Waited forever, now watch it every time it's on.

Infernal Affairs was great. Tony Leung might be one of my favorite actors of all time. He's been consistently amazing in almost everything I've seen him in.

I had to review Hot Rod, and I destroyed it, but lately I've been noticing more things I like about it, especially the "I like to party" scene.
